The socio-political newspaper is published in the Vyatka region in Kirov since Oct. 5, 1990.
Since then, the Vyatka Region has repeatedly been awarded in such contests as „Economic Development of Russia“ (1994 i1995 gg.) „Best Regional Newspaper“ (1995), "Ecology-96" and "White Bear" (1997), "A conscientious publishing business" (2000) and "Gold gong" (2001).
The format of the newspaper - A3, the number of bands - from 8 to 24.
Periodicity - five times a week, 20 issues per month.
